This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Crown2u ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Crown2u under the domain crown2u.ws.

By accessing or using the Crown2u platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies of Crown2u.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Crown2u platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the Crown2u platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age as of the date of registration
• Residing in a geographic region where the use of the Crown2u platform is permitted by law
• Have never previously been banned from using the Crown2u platform
• Not acting on behalf of or for any individual who does not meet the above requirements
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Should Crown2u detect duplicate accounts or falsified information, Crown2u reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining balances without prior notice.

Crown2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC") at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent utility bill or any other documents deemed necessary. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Crown2u supports a range of convenient and secure deposit methods for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include:

The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set; however, Crown2u reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount. All deposits are processed automatically and funds are typically credited to your Crown2u account within 1–5 minutes after payment is confirmed.

Crown2u does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Crown2u's control. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the chosen payment method is valid and belongs to the user.

Crown2u members may request a withdrawal of funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has successfully completed the KYC verification process
• No active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Crown2u account holder
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and may be increased for VIP members based on membership tier

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) — within 15–60 minutes; FPX bank transfer and DuitNow — within 1–3 hours on business days. Withdrawals requested outside of standard banking hours may experience slight delays.

Crown2u reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security and anti-fraud review purposes. If any unusual activity is detected on your account, the Crown2u security team will contact you before processing the withdrawal.

Crown2u offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including a Welcome Bonus, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to local Malaysian sporting events such as Liga Super football campaigns, badminton, and e-sports.

All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements ("rollover") specified for each promotion. Crown2u's standard wagering requirement is between 5x to 30x bonus value, depending on the promotion type. • Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation will be voided
• Crown2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time
• Any winnings derived from a bonus without fulfilling the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal

All games available on the Crown2u platform — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, and jackpot — are operated by licensed software providers that have been independently audited to ensure fairness and true randomness using a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system.

The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each Crown2u slots game ranges from 92% to 98%, depending on the game provider. RTP information for each game is available within the game settings or by contacting Crown2u's customer support team.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless a clear technical error has occurred
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, Crown2u will resolve the matter based on recorded server data

• Crown2u reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical fault in the system

For Sports Betting, all displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, the odds applied will be those in effect at the time of confirmation.

Crown2u users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other methods to exploit the platform
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system ("collusion") in table games or poker
• Exploiting technical errors or obvious odds display errors
• Attempting to launder money through the Crown2u platform
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to conceal your true location for fraudulent purposes
• Selling, transferring or sharing your Crown2u account with any other party
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving in an inappropriate manner towards staff or other users

Members may close their Crown2u account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email at support@crown2u.ws. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Crown2u reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• User's own request via self-exclusion programme
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, Crown2u reserves the right to hold the remaining account balance pending investigation. Should fraud be confirmed, the balance will be forfeited and will not be returned.

• Loss or theft of login credentials due to the user's own negligence
• Unsatisfactory game results or losses from legitimate wagers
• Payment delays caused by third-party financial service providers
• Unauthorised third-party access to an account resulting from the user's own failure to maintain account security

Crown2u's maximum liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the relevant user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to that claim.
